We had an emergency with our water heater really early in the morning over the weekend. I thought we’d be waiting 3 days for anybody to come out to get the water out of our carpet. Nope, I called when the sun came up. They let me know they’d be there in an hour. Didn’t skip a beat, once they got there, they informed me on what they’d be doing. It was bread and butter, in and out in 45 minutes. They left fans and dehumidifier to pick up all that moisture throughout the weekend then picked them up on Thursday. If you have any trouble with water in your carpet, call these guys. They’re great.
